Halloween 2 « Result #2 on Dec 11, 2009, 3:26am »
Well, the review is good, but it's not very surprising. I absolutely hated his version of Halloween and I haven't liked anything RZ has put on film, so I must pass on even bothering with his crap. Go back to the music he does best, and I will listen.
PS : you know you're review will piss him off..........you must like being portreyed as a victim in horror movies
I will not be seeing this movie as a way of protesting Tarantino, his fan boys, and everyone last one of those motherfuckers who tells me I HAVE to see this.

This movie is the first Tarantino flick that I have no real desire to see. I'll see it eventually but it's not the be all, end all that his movies used to be for me.

I really liked Inglorious Basterds, it was one of my favorite movies I've seen this year to be honest. I mean, I would put it on the same list as his other films, it isn't AS good as Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs and such, but I liked it a lot. I can more than understand why someone wouldn't like it, there is a lot of talking, but for some reason I usually find the conversations interesting and it keeps me entertained. I don't know, I liked it.

At least you said it and not me, Momar. I mean, you were nicer than I would have been. I toyed with the idea of writing a review for this piece of shit movie after I saw it, but finally decided that I didn't want to be eaten alive by rabid Tarantino fans, so I declined. I remember back when Quentin Tarantino made good movies. Now he advertises a movie with a lot of blood, gore, and Nazi killing and all we get are long, tedious scenes of people standing around talking. God, and I thought "Death Proof" was bad. It's like Tarantino believed his own hype and decided that his characters don't even have to DO anything anymore and people will still pay to see his movies. Fuck that.

ENF, thanks a shitload for recommending these movies! I really enjoy them. Especially Colonel Kill Motherfuckers, that was awesome. And Stiff Jobs was awesome as well, and Cockhammer. All really funny shit, lol. And the watermelon in Dream Reaper was great like you said in your review!
Oh, you'll love them. I feel safe recommending them to you, because YOU will get it. A lot of people don't. I've had people stomp out of my apartment in anger when I tried to get them to watch "Dream Reaper."
